Freight Shipping

If your order must ship by freight, we will make the shipping arrangements for you unless you specify other instructions at checkout. In some cases, we will contact several freight carriers to find the quickest delivery time. If you are unfamiliar with freight deliveries, the only difference is a valid phone number is required (for the driver to confirm time and place) and a person must be physically present to accept the shipment.

Combining Items to a Single Shipment

By default, we will try to ship your entire order in a single shipment. If your order contains one or more items requiring freight, anything else submitted with the order will be included in the freight shipment. In some cases, we may open the box of one or several chillers to place accessories or other small parts inside -- this way we can consolidate packages into as few physical boxes as possible. For example, if you purchase an additional Conveyor Extension Kit with a TK-500, we will open the chiller box and place the extension pieces inside. If you'd like parts or accessories packaged separately in their own box, please write such a request in the "Additional Comments" section during the checkout process.

Parts & Accessories

As a courtesy, we will pre-install UV Sterilizer and Heater Kits when you also include a compatible chiller in your order. This extra service is provided at no charge to you. You can request to have those accessories in their original blister packaging by writing such a request in the "Additional Comments" section during the checkout process.
